Adventure Hour at the WATR Discovery Trail
Saturday mornings on August 4, 11, and 18, come for a guided-tour of the WATR Discovery Trails. We call these “Adventure Hours” held at 9:00 AM and again at 11:00 AM.
Mandi Carringer is our high-energy field guide! Bring river shoes (no flip-flops please) and a towel. Kids with their families are invited, but individuals are encouraged, too. Explore the connection between mountain land and mountain streams. Learn about land-owner stewardship.
Please register by calling the WATR office at 828 488-8418, or on-line by clicking JUMP TO AN ADVENTURE HOUR. Also tell us if your youth group or civic group would like a guided visit to the WATR Discovery Trails.
